Other Relevant Details

• Vacancy Position: May increase or decrease at the discretion of the Medical Superintendent.
• Medical Superintendent Rights: Reserves the right to fill up all or any of the vacancy/post and to alter the date or cancel the interview without assigning any reason.
• Eligibility Check: Only candidates whose documents are verified and found eligible will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview.
• Selection Board Decision: The decision of the selection board will be final in all aspects, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
• Remuneration Guidelines: Payment will be guided by instructions from ESIC Hqrs. Office from time to time.
• Canvassing: Canvassing in any form shall be a disqualification.
• Government Employees: Candidates working in any Government Institutions should apply through proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer at the time of interview.
• Medical Council Registration: Candidate must be registered with State Medical Council/NMC as applicable, before joining the post.
• Senior Resident Eligibility: Candidates who have already worked as a Senior Resident under Central Residency Scheme for 3 years are not eligible for applying for the post of Senior Resident.
• Offer of Appointment: In case of selection, an Offer of Appointment will be issued as per requirement.
• Contract Agreement: Selected candidates may be required to sign a contract agreement on Bond paper of INR 100/-, with the cost borne by the candidate.
• Termination Clause: The contract agreement can be terminated by either party by giving one month's written notice. In case of spot resignation, an amount equivalent to one month's remuneration must be deposited.
• Joining Deadline: Upon selection, if the candidate fails to report on or before the stipulated last date of joining, their appointment stands cancelled.
• No Right to Regular Appointment: The engagement shall not confer any right or preference for regular appointment.
• No Service Benefits: No claim for service benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical allowances, Medical benefits, Seniority, Promotion, etc., will be admissible.
• Misconduct: Doctors found guilty of gross misconduct or negligence will be terminated without notice or payment.
• Attendance: Absence from work for seven days without proper permission will lead to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination. Medical Officers must mark attendance manually and on Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily.
