    Educational Qualification

    Deputy Managers (Banking Operations) Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA in Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time). Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course minimum 2-year full-time, with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. For CA, passing professional examination is sufficient, ICAI membership mandatory. University / Institute recognized / approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. Correspondence/part-time/open university/external/distance learning are not eligible.

    Monthly Salary / Pay Scale

    • Deputy Manager (I): ₹ 48,480-2,000-62,480-2,340-67,160-2,680-85,920
    • In addition to pay, officers will be eligible for allowances, perquisites, and benefits as per Bank’s rules. Residential accommodation may be provided or leased accommodation scheme is in place. Schemes for loans (housing, vehicle, personal computer, children education) are also available.

    • Experience: Minimum 01 year of Post Qualification (Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant) work experience in a reputed commercial bank/financial institution/state level term lending institution, with skills in project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, analysis of cross-border risks and financing of overseas joint-ventures.
    • General Instructions:
      • Reservations are applicable as per prevailing Government of India (GoI) guidelines.
      • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in computers and information technology.
      • Candidates from Universities/Institutes awarding degrees based on ratings/grades (other than numerical marks) must furnish a letter from the head of the Institute/Controller of Examination stating the conversion methodology and equivalent numerical marks.
      • The University/Institute should be recognized/approved by Government/AICTE/UGC.
      • Benefits of reservation under EWS category can be availed upon production of an 'Income and Asset Certificate' issued on or after 01 April 2025 and before the date of document verification.
      • For OBC category, certificate should specifically contain a clause that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer and is valid as on the last date of applying (issued within one year prior). Caste name mentioned should tally with Central Government list.
      • Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India and may be transferred to offices outside India with their consent.
      • Only online application forms will be considered. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
      • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
      • Selected Deputy Managers will have to execute a personal bond for ₹ 3 lakh to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of joining.
      • Unfair means, impersonation, misbehavior, or obtaining support by unfair means will lead to disqualification and potentially criminal prosecution.
      • A pre-recruitment training will be organized for candidates from reserved categories.
      • Candidates with writing speed adversely affected permanently can use their own scribe at their cost, subject to specific rules (e.g., scribe not a candidate for the same exam, compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour).
