Job Information

Recruitment Details

• Total Vacancies: 3112
• Selection Procedure:
  • Candidates must have qualified the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C posts (Minimum 50% for General, 40% for Reserved categories).
  • A maximum of 10 times the total number of advertised posts will be eligible for skill and/or written examination.
  • The written examination consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for a total of 100 marks, with a duration of 1 hour 45 minutes.
  • The examination will be offline (OMR based).
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers, but minus one mark will be deducted for unattempted questions.
  • Selection will be based on marks obtained in the written/skill examination, followed by merit-cum-preference basis.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years (as on 15 February 2026)
• Age Relaxation:
  • Scheduled Castes: 5 years (Maximum 47 years)
  • Backward Classes (BC-A/BC-B): 5 years (Maximum 47 years)
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): As per government instructions
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years for Group C & D posts (Maximum 52 years)
  • Ex-Servicemen: Actual military service period plus 3 years
  • Widowed/Legally Divorced Women: 5 years
  • Unmarried Women: 5 years
  • Adhoc/Contract/Work-charged employees: Equal to number of completed years (Maximum 52 years)

  The upper age limit shall not exceed 52 years, inclusive of all relaxations (except for Ex-Servicemen).

• Various Group C Mains Posts: As per the Fixed Pay Level (FPL-2 to FPL-6) for various Group C posts, adhering to Haryana Government pay scales and 7th Pay Commission recommendations.

Other Relevant Details

• Candidates who previously applied against Advertisement Nos. 04/2024, 08/2024, 09/2024 & 11/2024 must reapply for this advertisement.
• The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts anytime till the date of recommendation.
• Candidates must read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure all eligibility conditions are met.

• A hard copy of the online application along with uploaded documents must be brought when called by HSSC.
• Documents not uploaded with the application form will not be considered later.
• An answer key will be published on the website after the examination, allowing for objections. An objection fee of INR 250/- per objection (non-refundable) applies.

• The Commission's decision on all matters will be final and binding.
• Biometric data (thumbprint and facial recognition) will be captured during the examination.
• The use of mobile phones and electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
• Candidates involved in malpractices will be debarred for specified periods (ranging from 2-5 years depending on severity).
• Criminal proceedings may be initiated under The Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021.
• How to Apply:

  • Register/Login using your CET Registration Number obtained after qualifying the Common Eligibility Test.
  • Fill the online Detailed Application Form (DAF) carefully with all required details.
  • Upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents, including educational qualification certificates from Matriculation onwards, a recent colored photograph with a white background, a scanned signature, a scanned copy of your Aadhaar Card, Haryana Bonafide Resident Certificate, Category certificates, Ex-Serviceman certificates, PwD certificate, Experience certificates, and an Undertaking as per Annexure IX.
  • Provide post preferences carefully, as they cannot be changed later.
  • No application fee is required for any candidate.
  • Submit the application form before the last date: 15 February 2026 (11:59 PM).
  • Take a printout of the finally submitted application form for future reference.
  • Keep all original documents ready for verification when requested.
  • Download the admit card from the HSSC website once announced.
