Recruitment Details

• Total Vacancies: 637 posts
• Selection Procedure: Selection is purely merit-based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination, without a written test. Preference will be given to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time. In case of a tie in marks, the candidate senior by age will be preferred; if the date of birth is also the same, higher matriculation marks will be considered. The process also includes Document Verification, a Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test, leading to final engagement.

• Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and IOCL guidelines.

Other Relevant Details

• Training Period: 12-15 Months
• Safety Equipment: One pair of safety shoes & Helmet (for codes 101, 102, 104, 105, 106 & 107)
• Accommodation/HRA: Not Provided
• General Leave: 32 days during apprenticeship period (including medical grounds)
• Casual Leave: 12 days per calendar year (pro-rata)
• Insurance Coverage: Suitable Accident Insurance Coverage
• Employment After Training: No obligation to offer employment after completion of apprenticeship training.
• Note on Reservation: No reservation for ST category in Haryana State.
• Multiple Applications: Candidates can apply for only ONE trade/discipline. Multiple applications will be rejected.

  • STEP 1: Registration on NAPS/NATS Portal
    • For Codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110 & 111: Register on NAPS Portal (https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in), search for IOCL Panipat Refinery, select respective trade and apply. Establishment ID for NAPS: E10150600035.
    • For Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107: Register on NATS Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in), apply to advertisement notified by IOCL, Panipat on dashboard. Establishment ID for NATS: NHRPPC000003.
  • STEP 2: Fill Google Forms (MANDATORY)
    • After applying on NAPS/NATS, visit Google Forms Link (https://forms.gle/yYXqu3R42BVV9bW7A), fill all required details, and submit only ONE response. Use the same Email ID and Mobile Number as used in NAPS/NATS portal.
