• Team Leaders (CP/01/26 to CP/04/26): Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 2,00,000 (Approx. CTC: Rs. 19.85 Lakhs Per Annum)
• Project Engineers (CP/05/26 to CP/06/26): Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (Approx. CTC: Rs. 14.22 Lakhs Per Annum)
• Junior Engineers - Degree Holders (CL/01/26 & CL/02/26, for 5 years minimum experience): Monthly Basic Pay: Rs. 25,504; Gross Monthly Pay: Rs. 46,417; Yearly CTC: Rs. 5,57,008
• Junior Engineers - Diploma Holders (CL/01/26 & CL/02/26, for 7 years minimum experience): Monthly Basic Pay: Rs. 18,940; Gross Monthly Pay: Rs. 34,471; Yearly CTC: Rs. 4,13,651

Other Relevant Details

• Important Notes on Qualification:
  • Training/internship/teaching/academic/fellowship/PhD research experience shall not be counted towards post qualification experience.
  • Candidate should possess Degree recognized by AICTE; from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
  • Sections A & B examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India), with enrolment on or before 31.05.2013, which is treated as equivalent to Degree by the Government of India and recognized by AICTE shall be accepted.
  • Experience shall be calculated as on 26 February 2026.

• General Information:
  • Appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable.
  • Selected candidates liable for posting anywhere in India as per Company requirements (initial deployment at client's site in Kerala).
  • Issuance of offer letter of engagement to the selected candidates shall be subject to approval of CV by the client.
  • Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit.
  • Reservation/relaxation/concessions to EWS/SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD/Ex-SM/J&K Domicile would be provided against reserved posts (where applicable) as per extant Govt. orders.
  • Community certificate (SC/ST/OBC) should be in the format prescribed by Government of India only.
  • OBC candidates must have certificate not more than 12 months old (with clear mention of candidate not belonging to "Creamy Layer") in the GOI prescribed format.
  • EWS certificate must be as per Gov. of India format and for 2024-25 (issued on or after 01.04.2024).
  • Management reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the selection/recruitment process at any stage.
