• Project Tenure: These posts are purely temporary and contractual for 11 months under the ICMR IIRP Small Extramural Grant project on on-body cardiovascular monitoring devices.
• Service Conditions: Leave and other service conditions will be governed by extramural research project rules of AIIMS Bhopal.
• Job Profile & Responsibilities for Project Technician III:
  • Assemble flexible sensor stacks, connectors, and substrates; assist in PCB layout, fabrication, and rework (SMD, reflow).
  • Integrate microcontrollers/SoCs and power systems for on-body monitoring devices.
  • Assist in writing, flashing, and testing low-power firmware for sensor data acquisition.
  • Support app team for device pairing, data packet validation, and UI/UX feedback.
  • Perform sensor characterization, calibration, and EMC/ESD checks; maintain test jigs and fixtures.
  • Maintain logs, calibration records, SOPs, test reports, and technical notes for IP/patent documentation.
  • Support study visits, demonstrations, consenting, and troubleshooting at study sites.
  • Validate signal quality and organize raw datasets for downstream AI analysis.
• Job Profile & Responsibilities for Data Entry Operator:
  • Enter data into project databases as per defined coding standards and formats.
  • Ingest device output files (JSON/Binary) from acquisition gateways and maintain directory structures with proper naming conventions.
  • Run routine checks for completeness, consistency, duplicates, outliers, and quality control.
  • Maintain participant master log, device assignment log, and session logs.
  • Apply de-identification/pseudonymization rules before sharing data for analysis, following ICMR/Institutional ethics.
  • Follow scheduled backup routines and maintain checksum/transfer logs.
  • Prepare import/export templates and assist with batch uploads and dashboard generation.
  • Coordinate with investigators and project team for timely data receipt and reconciliation.
