• Counselor for FLCs: The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25,000/- p.m. whichever is lower. Further, a lump sum amount of Rs. 1,000/- p.m. shall be paid towards Mobile, Conveyance etc.

Other Relevant Details

• Experience & Eligibility: Retired/VRS opted Bank officials of Scale I & above (Nationalized Bank, SBI, RRBs) preferred, OR Ex-Serviceman/Other (e.g., Government School Teacher) with banking knowledge and relevant IIBF certification. Unblemished service record, service certificate from previous employer, and 10 years experience as an Officer/permanent employee are essential.
• Residency: Candidate should be a resident of the same state, preferably the same or a nearby District.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
