Age Limit

• Age Relaxation: As per Punjab Government rules. Age relaxation equivalent to the period worked will be given to candidates who have already worked on contract basis on the same post in BFUHS. No age relaxation is applicable for General category candidates beyond the prescribed upper age limit.

Monthly Salary / Pay Scale

• Dental Mechanic: Pay Level-4 (7th CPC), Initial Salary of ₹25,500 per month. Salary will be regulated as per 7th Central Pay Commission and Punjab Government instructions.

Other Relevant Details

• Documents Required:
  • 10+2 (Medical) certificate and mark sheet.
  • Dental Mechanic Course Diploma/Certificate from DCI recognized institution.
  • Experience certificates proving minimum 2 years’ experience as Dental Technician in a recognized institution.
  • Punjabi language certificate (Matric or equivalent level).
  • Caste/Category certificate (if applicable).
  • Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation certificate or equivalent).
  • Recent passport-size photograph (as per prescribed specifications).
  • Any other document required as per official notification.
• Terms and Conditions:
  • The University reserves the right to increase, decrease or not fill the advertised post without assigning any reason.
  • Pay scales and allowances will be regulated as per 7th CPC and Punjab Government instructions.
  • Candidates already in Government service must apply through proper channel with No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
  • All candidates must possess the requisite qualifications and experience by the last date of submission of online application.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending written test, interview, counselling or document verification.
  • Applications without fee, incomplete applications or those without legible documents will be summarily rejected.
  • Suppression of facts or submission of false/forged documents will lead to cancellation of candidature and may invite legal action.
  • Only degrees/diplomas/certificates from recognized institutions will be accepted; qualifications from unrecognized institutions will make the candidate ineligible.
