    Manager (Technical) Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 8 years post-qualification experience OR Ph.D. in Engineering or Science with relevant experience. At least 3 years experience in pay matrix Level-11 or 8 years total experience in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / Research Institutions or equivalent.
    Senior Technical Officer Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 5 years post-qualification experience OR Ph.D. in Engineering or Science. At least 3 years experience in Level-10 or 8 years total experience in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies or equivalent.
    Manager (P&A) Graduation in any discipline with MBA / PG Diploma in Public Administration / HR / Personnel / Purchase / Finance with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in HR/Administration. Strong written & verbal communication skills and knowledge of Government rules.

    Monthly Salary / Pay Scale

    • Manager (Technical) & Manager (P&A): Level-12 (7th CPC), Basic Pay ₹78,800/- Per Month
    • Senior Technical Officer: Level-11 (7th CPC), Basic Pay ₹67,700/- Per Month
    • Other Benefits: Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance and other benefits as per CIPET rules.
