    Para Legal Volunteers (PLV) Candidates should have passed High School. Essential qualifications include being a resident of Champawat district, not being a member of any political party, having no pending criminal case or conviction, and knowledge of the English language. Desirable qualifications include the ability to operate the internet, having a smartphone with internet and WhatsApp, being a social worker, and preference for ex-servicemen and Van Gurjar community members.
