Recruitment Details

• Total Vacancies: 120 (Telecom Stream: 95, Finance Stream: 25)
• Selection Procedure: The selection process for the Senior Executive Trainee position includes a Computer Based Test (CBT) comprising aptitude and technical knowledge sections. Marks will be normalized if the examination is conducted in multiple sessions. Candidates who qualify the CBT will proceed to Document Verification, followed by a mandatory Medical Examination as per company standards. A final merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in the CBT, ensuring minimum qualifying marks are secured in each part and overall.

Other Relevant Details

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Selected candidates will have a liability to serve anywhere in India.
• Selected candidates must execute a Bond of Rs. 9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least 5 years.
• Probation period is 2 years, including 52 weeks of training (13 weeks Common Managerial, 13 weeks Functional, 26 weeks On Job).
• Negative marking applies: +1 for correct answer, -0.25 for wrong answer.
• Admit cards will be downloadable from the website; no hard copy will be sent.
• BSNL reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
• Candidates should apply only if eligible; no enquiries for eligibility advice will be entertained.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Government employees must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification.
• The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted in 27 cities across India, with candidates choosing one center.
